Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
- You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Shipping Time:
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
- Estimated delivery times within India:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
Shipping Delays:
- While we make every effort to process and ship orders on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, or issues with our shipping partners.
- If you experience a delay, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Multiple Shipments:
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on the availability of products. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.

Order Cancellation by Customer:

- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the Return Policy to return the product after delivery.
Order Cancellation by Us:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Fees:
- There are no cancellation fees for canceling an order before it is processed or shipped. However, if the order has been shipped, you may be responsible for return shipping costs as per the Return Policy.
4. Address and Delivery Information:
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you realize there is an error with your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we can update the address for you. However, once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.
5. Non-Delivery and Undelivered Packages:
In case of non-delivery or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we may charge a reshipping fee for redelivery.
