By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Return and Refund Policy:
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, please follow the conditions outlined below:
- Returns: We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued for returns that meet our policy conditions. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
You can return a product if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product (i.e., a different product than what you ordered).
- The product was not opened, used, or tampered with.
Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after opening unless the product is defective or faulty.
3. Return Process:
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Authorization. Our team will also provide instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return conditions, we will proceed with issuing the refund.
4. Refund Process:
Once your return is approved and the product is inspected:
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods used during the purchase).
Note: In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a direct refund if preferred by the customer or if the payment method cannot be refunded.
5. Non-returnable Items:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.

- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You would need to follow the return process once the item is delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund.
9. Shipping Costs:
