100% Sprouted Finger Millet (Ragi/Kezhvaragu)

How to Prepare

1. Add 2 tablespoons of Sprouted Ragi Malt to 200 ml of water or room-temperature milk.
2. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and lump-free.
3. Cook over medium heat and bring to a gentle boil.
4. Stir continuously for 3–4 minutes to prevent lumps and burning.
5. Add jaggery, country sugar (Naatu Sakkarai), or honey if desired.
6. Serve warm.
